I've never built a house before. Can I still qualify?
We work with many first-time property flippers. In fact, we are unique in our ability to get you funded with Fix and Flip loans when many other lenders would not successfully secure your funding. But for new construction loans, you need to have previous experience to qualify, if you have a few heavy renovation projects completed you may be able to qualify for a new construction loan if you have never built a new home before.
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No, there is no prepayment penalty on our new construction loans.
Does this include additional funding for construction/repairs needed?
Yes. As a new construction expert lender, we understand that most new construction projects need additional funds for the construction and repair costs in order to be successful. Our new construction loans include these repair costs as part of the loan.
