About Flix & Flip Loans

Fix and Flip loans are used exclusively for residential real estate opportunities. Typically, the borrower needs 6 to 9 months from the date of purchase to rehab the property and to resell it for a profit.

Most Fix and Flip investors will purchase a distressed property with the intention of repairing the damage and improving its look. The ultimate goal is for the investor to sell or rent the property under the following three conditions:

  • Minimize the renovation expenses as much as possible
  • Maximize the market value of the property for resale
  • Retain the property for the shortest possible time
